Great Budget product  |
Its getting more and more difficult to find a good PCI graphics card as the AGP standard takes the lions share of the market, but the Voodoo 3 2000 really does the job.With 16Mb on onboard Ram theres plenty here to handle games software up to 800 x 600 onscreen resolution and the built-in Glide support is superb - choose it every time over DirectX support as the rendering is far superior. Whilst its not in the same league as the new range of "supercards" for gamers with a limited budget theres very little that can match this card for performance vs price. Its a top deal.

Very good budget graphics card |
For gamers on a budget, the Voodoo 3 range of graphics cards really do the business. For gaming, you dont really need a processor faster than about 400MHZ, its the graphics card that counts. A Voodoo 3 card will get you through most of the games that are available today with some decent effects such as lighting and fog.For real high end cards that will last you, go for the Voodoo 5 or nVidia GeForce 2.
